Dubbed 'the real deal' this mellifluous couple will utterly steal your heart away. Word is, the first experience of Colorful Blac will leave you speechless and a little teary.
In the last ten years, their professionalism has led them to support Legendary Australian acts such as Dragon and Phil Emmanuel. Their original music is highly endorsed by Melbourne's 87.6 KissFm(Bionic Boogie Radio Show) and they have also garnered praise from 80's UK hit band Fairground Attraction's Mark Nevin.
Twice poster boy/girl on Channel 7 and The Herald Sun newspaper, Colorful Blac represents Melbourne as two of the city's most celebrated street performers. Street busking is where they hailed from and this is where their craft is most deeply rooted - in the heart of the city and everyday people.
Their unique and soulful voices lends to spell-binding versions of their Top40/pop/Soul/RnB repertoire. They are a hit wedding duo recommended by top suppliers such as Melbourne's LookBook Bride, The Wedding Zone, Ballarat Receptions to name just a few.
Since the independent release of their debut album in 2011, they have attracted legitimate offers and widespread attention from producers with various associations such as Canadian Idol, Sony Music and Fremantle Media(formerly Grundy Television/CrackerJack Productions) - including local Melbourne producer, Sam Panetta who boasts the founder of Kylie Minogue, Kiss Chassy and Angela's Dish. However, the two eclectic composers have yet to bond with a kindred producer. Instinctively, they are happy to remain independent whilst in anticipation of a compatible distribution network.
Currently the two maestros are in the studio pouring their heart and soul into their second album which will be due to be released at year end. This promises to be absolutely breath-taking, so look out!
